Then come and join our global team as Sales Support and Business Operations Specialist. The position is a temporary maternity cover for approximately two years.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for all public tendering process.
  • You ensure proper handling of all customer related documentation, like contracts, fixed assets and many other including maintaining customer data quality in our CRM tool.
  • You are responsible for business related Quality Management aspects, like product related quality issue handling process, translation validation process, EHS.
  • You are in charge of communication within local team in actively promoting our Principles of Healthineers and maintaining at all times compliance and ethical principles of the company.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor level of education in the areas of business administration, social sciences, communication or similar.
  • Good PC literacy skills.
  • Experience in public procurement process would be an advantage.

Your attributes and skills:
  • You are a very well-organized person yourself and capable to organize others.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills with problem solving capability in Lithuanian and in English.
  • You show team player capabilities with ability to develop close co-operation with colleagues and customers both within and outside Lithuania.
  • You are eager to work in international company and learn new things.
