What are my responsibilities for this role?

 

Derive market transparency of RSL Channel: longlist, competition, dynamics,…

 

Define RSL Channel Strategy/Measures: shortlist,… incl balancing of RSLs in all regions / offices 

 

Define/Provide RSL Channel Marketing

 

RSL Channel Management: enforce strategy and measures, execution support, monitoring

 

KAM Role for "own business" of TOP National RSL: Customer development based on CDP (ABP)

 

KAM for Key End customers e.g. RED & Vertical end customers (eg. Metro company, OGPC, Hotel chain, etc): Customer development based on CDP (ABP)

Define INS Channel Strategy/Measures: shortlist,…

 

Define/Provide INS Channel Marketing

 

Define INS Channel Strategy/Measures: shortlist,…

 

INS Channel Management for all Regions: enforce strategy and measures, execution support, monitoring in all Regions!

 

BD Role for National INS: Customer development based on CDP (ABP)

 

Collaborate with other BUs to extend our products to their channel (eg. EFPS to Panel Builders)

 

 

How do I need to qualify for this role?

 

min. 8 years working experience in Comfort or Fire Safety relevant industries;

Working experience with international companies or colleagues

Key account management experience

Strong business breakthrough capability.

Good communication skills (external and internal).

 

Building Automation and / or Fire Safety knowledge,

Product and market knowledge,

Commercial Knowledge,

Siemens policy and culture knowledge,

 

Key account management skills, 

Presentation & Communication Skills,

MS Office Skills,

Good oral and written English, 

Good team work, result oriented
