Siemens Real Estate - Data & Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

“Bridge between stakeholders”

·         Key contact within the Asset Management Hub China and Asian-Pacific countries interlinking with Siemens Real Estate Global Headquarters departments (e.g. Asset Management Business Excellence; IT & Process Management & Regulations; Innovation, Technology & Sustainability)

·         Interface to regional GBS Real Estate Global Support Center regarding initiatives and real estate data quality assurance  

·         Support Asset Management Hub Management in managing the Asset Management Areas, e.g. ad-hoc reporting, data analytics, development of innovation & digitalization ideas collaboratively with team members.

·         Regular reporting to Head of Hub Operations as well as Business Excellence experts, and Innovation, Technology & Sustainability experts

“Create new things”

·         Collaborate regarding development of process improvements, Siemens Real Estate Global Standards, and innovation & digitalization initiatives

·         Transferring & fine-tuning Global Standards towards the implementation and usage withing the Asset Management Hub including approval and publication

·         Definition of Asset Management Hub-specific processes and work instructions, e.g. describe / document responsibilities, definition of Hub-specific approval procedures, roll out of new initiatives and technologies

·         Standardization of business conducts in the Asset Management Hub, e.g. process and workflows between location management, finance, and Global Support Center back office team

“Ensure correctness”

·         Enable homogenous Data Management (quality/availability) and control quality of space, contract, and real estate & location master data information

·         Follow up on quality controls/checks in the Asset Management Areas including definition and execution of measures to repair findings and proactively implement prevention measures

·         Continuous development / assurance of Quality Aspects, e.g. ensure compliant services & products

·         Closely interact with and provide guidance to the Assigned Countries/Asset Management Areas for processing issues

·         Ensure full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws, e.g. cybersecurity and data privacy

“Train colleagues”

·         Evaluation / definition of training needs with support from the Global Partner in executing the trainings

·         Organize training programs for the Asset Management Hub

“Customer reporting”

·         Handle customer reporting and Customer Relationship Management, e.g. track customer feedback towards AMAs

Required Competencies:

·         Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, engineering, IT/technology or equivalent

·         Operational experience in real estate business in technical or financial area, experience within Siemens Real Estate (SRE) preferred

·         User experience with Planon and SAP with overall affinity to IT systems, knowledge of other digital tools is a plus

·         Experience with Microsoft Excel to structure & analyze data sets

·         Willingness to deep dive into topics and work on new initiatives

·         Open mindedness and ability to think innovatively and analytically

·         Communication skills (to act as a mediator/advisor between global departments and local entities)

·         Fluent English and Chinese language skills
