Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1.    - Reporting:

Make the monthly report, to analysis the OEM customer actual volume, SPR applied, FC, YoY comparison to identify if any abnormal cases;

Make the monthly analysis on SI performance, YoY comparison, FC comparison.

Check the reasons with relevant functions for the abnormal cases 

-Sanity check

Monthly sample check the SPRs which have been approved, including the SPR reason description, relevant information cross check.

Feedback the result to management, and relevant responsible colleagues. Support BDD SE team with the further improvement measures.

Sanity on-site check the SPRs, to see whether the cases meet the applied SPR, based on management request

Sanity check if other process implementation fulfill BU requirement (e.g. expense claim…)

-Material and Price Maintenance:

Monthly list price maintenance and newly created materials’ synchronization in SAP to ensure the smooth order placement

Support yearly transfer price agreement as well as the ICB agreement. Conduct GA / Transfer Price analysis and Ebit Simulation.

Customer price calculation and gross margin analysis upon business request


What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 3 years working experience or above. Candidates with working experience in big four are preferred.

2. Be optimistic and positive in personnel characteristics. Be able to working independently and have the initiative to drive tasks proactively.

3. Be fluence in both speaking and written English

4. Be sophisticated in office applications. Better to have the experience in making reports via power BI(Qlik sense, Tableau) or data analytics tool (Python)
