Branding Specialist / Senior Branding Specialist

 

Job Responsibilities.

1. Assist in developing annual brand strategy and content planning.

2. Assist in developing brand campaigns, responsible for creative planning and implementation, and effect evaluation.

3. Creative planning and copywriting of content for branding platforms

- Organize and participate in creative Brainstorming.

- Develop content publishing strategy, plan and write brand stories, interviews, product-related scripts, creative copywriting and other content.

- Analyze and evaluate the effect of self-media online communication and regular competitor analysis.

- Develop new promotional channels, discover innovative Internet promotion platforms and online communication tools and customize content.

4. video content planning and execution, including topic planning, content creation, supplier docking, script copywriting, shooting execution, distribution channel evaluation and selection, and effect evaluation.

5. Brand content support for events.

- Develop branding strategy around external and internal events.

- Responsible for the development of supporting branding content, such as videos, promotional materials, etc.

- Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and visual identity.


Job requirements.

1 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, public relations, literature or journalism or other related majors.

2 3-6 years of experience in branding/marketing/communications/public relations, with experience in multinational companies.

3 Social media operation, digital marketing or interactive marketing related work experience is preferred.

4 Strong creative skills, communication skills and writing skills, able to independently complete all kinds of manuscripts according to Siemens Healthineers branding tone.

5 Familiar with the background operation of various social media platforms (such as WeChat, Weibo, etc.), curious about new Internet platforms and technologies, and familiar with various common Internet technologies are preferred.

6 Open-minded, strong understanding and creative ability, able to complete creative planning proposals independently.

7 Excellent language skills and teamwork concept, good at communication and coordination.

8 English CET-6.




工作职责:

  1. 协助制定西门子医疗年度品牌策略及内容规划。

  2. 协助制定品牌Campaign,负责创意策划与落地执行,效果评估。

  3. 品牌自媒体平台内容创意策划:

    • 组织并参与品牌内容创意Brainstorming。

    • 根据平台定位,制定内容发布策略,策划并撰写品牌故事、访谈、产品相关稿件、创意文案等内容。

    • 分析并评估自媒体线上传播效果,定期竞品分析。

    • 拓展宣传渠道,发掘创新的互联网推广平台及线上传播工具并定制内容。

  1. 视频类内容策划与执行,包括选题策划,内容创意,供应商对接,脚本文案撰写,拍摄执行,发布渠道评估及选择,效果评估。

  2. 大型活动品牌内容支持:

    • 围绕大型对外对内活动制定品牌宣传策略。

    • 负责活动配套品牌内容制定,如视频,宣传物料等。

    • 确保对外传播物料符合西门子医疗视觉规范。


 

任职要求:

  1. 本科或以上学历,市场营销、广告学、公共关系、文学或新闻学等相关专业。

  2. 3-6年年品牌/市场营销/传播/公共关系工作经验,有跨国公司工作经验。

  3. 有社会化媒体运营、数字营销或互动营销相关工作经验者优先。

  4. 具有较强的创意能力,沟通能力与文字功底,能根据西门子医疗品牌调性独立完成各类文稿撰写。

  5. 熟悉各类社会化媒体平台(如微信、微博等)的后台操作,对互联网新平台、新技术保持好奇,熟悉各类常用互联网技术者优先。

  6. 思维开拓,理解与创意能力强,能独立完成创意策划提案。

  7. 具有出色的语言表达能力与团队合作观念,善于沟通协调。

  8. 英语CET-6。
