Then come in and join our global team as Credit Collection Manager contributing to mantain strong business relationship with customer and collecting outstanding payment.
Your mission and responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for Collection Management leading and coordinating the collection team ensuring the achievement of the dedicated KPIs.
• You have to provide accurate forecast of collection volume by monthly/quarterly basis and put in place mitigation strategy in order to ensure target achievement
• You have to drive actively reduction of customer overdue 
• You have to lead the function throught digitalization, innovation and efficiency evolution

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You have at least 3 years of experience as “People Manager” in credit collection function
• Proven outcome to be great collector and leader of process efficiency 
• You hold a successfully completed university degree

Your attributes and skills:
• Strong Leadership, influencing and negotiation skills 
• You have to be fluent in English language written and spoken
• You have to  be able working in complex organization
• Based in Milan
