For DI MC Simogear Business, we are looking for a dedicated sales in Shenzhen.
What are my responsibilities?
DI MC SIMOGEAR products Sales:
- Drive SIMOGEAR business to make breakthrough for target customers and fulfill the sales target;
- Utilize Siemens TIA and Digitalization solutions to develop SIMOGEAR geared motor business.;
Technical Support and product promotion:
- Support sales during acquisition, quotation and technical clarification with customers for imported and local manufactured products and systems.
- Support with technical information and negotiation with customers. And on final technical clarification when order has been placed.
- Support sales in customer communication, presentation and negotiation.
Competitor and Market Development
- Collection information from our competitors (e. g. solutions, prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies) and pass them to the MC BU and your direct superior.
- Observe competitors pricing policy and investigate competitors’ activities in the region.
- Create an overview of the market for the sales area; you are responsible for, in regards of market trends/development, technical requirements, price level, customers' purchasing behavior/channel ...
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical and Electrical, Mechanical background is preferred.
2. At least 2 years automation and manufacturing working experience, sales working experience is preferred;
3. Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, organization and negotiation skills required;
4. Basic English in written or reading
5. Location is in Shenzhen, responsible area is for Region South.
