Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1. Monthly Report
In order to show company business status from commercial side, under the instruction of commercial reporting, make commercial monthly report about company/each BU figure, project OCC report, time sheet report.
2. Contract Follow-up System Coordination
In order to make good use of the Contract Follow-up System, import SAP PO report (daily) / OCC report (monthly) to CFS, coordinate with commercial for trouble shooting.
3. Import Process Supporting
In order to ensure import process, support custom clearance specialist for document transfer and filing.
4. Team Activity Facilitation
In order to support better communication within Commercial Department, facilitate the organization of team activity such as meeting, team building and so on.
5. Other tasks assigned by Department Manager or Team Leader

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or business administration related majors
2. 1 year experience of business assistant
3.  Familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. powerpoint, excel
4. Good communications skills in Chinese and English
