Technical Support Engineer-技术支持工程师 (运动控制/驱动)

Job Description

-Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens servo drive/ servo motor product
-Technical support to customer till customers are satisfied
-Support, consulting and troubleshooting during servo drive /motor product or system designing, installation, commissioning, operation and service.
-Support some key project for business department.
-Technical Training/Seminar, or function test and development.
-Write or translate technical documents, technical support duty through website;

-Bachelor degree or above;
-Majoring in Automation, Motion control, Power and Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Electronics Engineering and Motor or related field

-Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory
-Familiar with Mechantronics,  power electronics, servo motor drive technology and motion control theory
-熟悉机电一体化、电力电子, 电机拖动或运动控制的相关知识
-Good English in reading and speaking

-1~3 years working experience in automation system, servo control system, or motion control system and so on;
-1~3年自动化系统、 伺服系统或运动控制控制系统使用经验;
-Good skill in communication & team work is required.
-Preferred for the people with SIEMENS motion control PLC knowledge.
