Develops a regional portfolio strategy including product positioning, market segmentation/targeting and installed base retention. Growth generation for products in a specific region through demand creation and funnel acceleration
Develops in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy
Creates respective technical and commercial concepts and offerings in order to support the sales process.
Responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and innovating consulting portfolio.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Deep understanding of product to drive sales training for effective and value based selling
Working on tenders ,specifications and technical support for Govt sales
KOL management , working closely with collaboration manager to drive mind share
Experience and Skillset
7-10 years of sales and product experience
Candidate should have proven interpersonal skills. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. Strong oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
