Job Description

Performs and executes a defined range of marketing/branding project and administrative tasks related to learning activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Daily learning Operation
• Upgrade and lead Learning system management and digitalization
• Ensure Learning enrollment and execution based on annual learning plan
• Guide intern ot do Learning onsite support according to logistics SOP and learning quality observation sheet
• In charge of learning evaluation, follow up, data maintenance & analysis
• Department admin affairs , including procurement, payment and etc.
Learning Marketing and branding
• Design and come up with marketing proposal and execute accordingly, utilize all sorts of marketing channel, social media, internally and externally
• Support to organize marketing/branding event
Project Support
• Design digital media campaigns projects aligned with business goals
• Project support on request

Requirements
3-5 years of working experience in HR, Learning management or Employer branding/marketing, digital projects exposure would be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or above
