We’re looking for a TA Coordinator to work in our EMEA Team on a temporary basis. The position is based in Wroclaw, Poland, and your remit covers the entire EMEA region. We hire in 25 different countries in EMEA, and you’ll work with the other TA Coordinators in the APAC and Americas zones. It’s a brilliant opportunity to gain new skills and experiences.

What you will be doing

Think of this role like an air traffic controller for Talent Acquisition – you’ll move data between our HR and TA systems (Workday and Avature), knowing where to find every role, and which request needs to be actioned first. The TA Coordinator spots potential problems long before they happen, and finds practical ways to solve them.

- You’ll ensure processes and data flow smoothly for our team between Workday and Avature, handling data entry and responding to actions

- You’ll build and assess reports for accuracy and efficiency, highlighting where we could be better

- You’ll create and maintain process documents, suggesting improvements and spotting opportunities to work smarter

- You’ll contribute to our team projects, supporting hiring activities across the region and collaborating with global colleagues

What is the team like?

The Siemens Software EMEA TA team is made of up 14 people, based in 8 different countries. We come from a wide variety of different backgrounds, and we meet regularly during each week to talk and share what’s going on around our region. Of course, there are challenges to face, and problems to tackle, but this is a team where people care about doing the right things to make sure candidates have good experiences, and you'll have lots of help and support around you to succeed.

Skills and strengths needed

We are looking for someone with a proactive mentality and a dedication to collaborating with the team. Prioritising tasks accurately and adapting quickly to new information is important in this role. If you’ve worked with Avature or Workday before, this will be a significant advantage, but it’s not critical. Show us that you’ve got good skills in working with data entry or reporting, as we will be testing your ability to spot errors and problems as part of the assessment process for this job.

You will need to be comfortable working remotely with teams from lots of different nationalities, and a high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English is essential if you’d like to apply.
