Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  • Lead RIC/IC team to ensure Company Risk and Internal Control effectiveness under Siemens RIC/IC framework
  • Responsible for the coordinating of control requirements implementation as laid out in the Policy
  • Be the point of contact for Business, Corporate Departments and Shared Services for all internal control issues
  • Responsible monitoring of RIC implementation, including deficiencies definition and remediation
  • Responsible for coordinating all internal control related topics from internal audits, especially the non- assessment driven deficiency definition; Regularly monitoring of the remediation status in the RIC Tool
  • Conduct data maintenance in the R/IC/ Tool and be the expert for the R/IC/ Tool to guide the business and provide first support to all business fields in SFAE
  • Responsible for organize/perform internal audit for specific topics which defined by management on yearly basis
  • Lead company level internal control related process design and optimization

 What do I need to qualify for this job? 

  • 3-5 years of working experience is required
  • Experience in financing/accounting
  • Experience in internal control / or audit is preferred
  • Experience in an operational function is a plus
  • Fluent English in both written and oral
