订单管理专员

Job Description

What are my responsibilities for this role?

1. Work with planning team and purchasing team to provide reliable order acknowledgement to customer, update delivery confirmation to customers, and control delivery schedule to fulfill customer demand.
2. Set priority  with customer and cooperate with planner team for urgent order production
3. Provide PR to purchasing team regarding HAWA/ ROH demand from customer
4. Make delivery plan according to production plan, weekly or monthly.
5. Critical order pushing and escalation to support customer urgent requirement on order change, shipping module change, event order and ect.
6. Take system delivery for customer requested production
7. Finish goods inventory control

How do I need to qualify for this role?

Bachelor or above degree in major of logistic, SCM or relevant.

3~5 years solid experience on order management issue.

Professional experience in customer relationship management.
Good skill on communication.
Professional knowledge in ERP system, prefer SAP SD module.                                                                                 

Knowledge of production process.                                                                              
Strong data analysis skill.                                                                                                                                                
Fluent English skill.
