The Global Hub Sales Manager will work across multiple hub sales teams, including inside sales, demand individual development and account development to optimise best practices, refine existing processes and implement new sales programs to drive revenue.
This role will work closely with leaders in each zone to develop and execute programs that drive a best in class Customer Experience. We are seeking a leader that can communicate at all levels of the organisation, can prioritise projects and requirements aligned with KPI’s, and can leverage results to implement change through local leadership.
The Global Hub Sales Manager will be instrumental in optimizing hub sales operations as the company escalates its transitions to selling SaaS. Candidates should have a unique understanding of the value and strategies required for selling these solutions.
You will manage the marketing of the company's products and/or services via telephone (inbound and outbound). These activities may include inbound duties such as taking orders and answering questions typically generated by local and/or national advertising. Outbound duties include generating prospective customers through cold calling and leads. Typically you will establish organisational strategies and will be responsible for market development, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is generated.
There will be liaison with Global hub sales operations and local leadership on commission evaluations and recommendations to yearly compensation updates. In addition you will also support local teams in hiring, candidate selection and onboarding program.
A strong understanding of Hub Sales functions, sales operations, a proven history of revenue generation and reporting are key requirements for the position along with the capability to manage numerous projects and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Whilst being an effective communicator at all levels, you will also possess the ability to analyse and troubleshoot sales data from opportunity creation through to close.
You will be versed in the alignment of process with data to understand performance and trends from a global, zone and country perspective as well as being able to utilise data to drive operational improvements. With a proven success in sales you must be able to work both strategically and at a tactical level, manage virtual teams and be willing to travel 30% of the time, when required.
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce and SaaS would be a distinct advantage.
