You actively drive the development of a BIM compliant digital twin of buildings to promote collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
You smoothly integrate artificial intelligence methods into BIM processes to enable seamless cooperation on 3D models
You research and prototype novel solutions for storing and interacting with building 3D models and you demonstrate novel integration methods for computer aided Design and engineering (simulation) tools.
You publish in the scientific community to present and discuss your findings with great internal and external minds.
Additionally, you help us supervise our students, e.g. interns, master's students, etc.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

Your programming skills in object-oriented languages, e.g. C# and scripting languages, e.g. Python are on advanced level.
You have proven experience in 3D computer graphics and/or visualization techniques and have a solid knowledge of mathematics in 3D graphics (geometry).
Experience with cloud environments, e.g. AWS or Azure, as well as AI methods, e.g. Deep Learning, would be a plus.
If you have basic knowledge of relevant CAD tools, e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM methodology, it would be a plus.
Ideally, you are familiar with the basics of database technology (conventional and noSQL, knowledge graphs) as well as semantic modeling or the definition of ontologies (OWL).
Finally, you are passionate about solving real-world problems, have a strong drive for achievement and a genuine desire to discover new things.
