In our GBS P2P GPO PA (Global Business Services – Purchase to Pay – Global Process Owner – Processes and Applications) team in Prague we are searching as soon as possible for a SSC/BPO Finance Solution Designer.

Within this position you are responsible to design, plan, and implement new highly innovative cross-sector customer solutions in competitive shared service European environment. You are acquiring new customers and expand the business portfolio for established customers in our shared service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible to assess, evaluate and qualify customer demands and requirements within the Siemens AG and for our external customers.

  • You are accountable to design and implement customer solutions in form of products and services in the S2C (source to contract) and P2P (purchase to pay) process outsourcing environment and prepare together with team the tailored proposals for our new and established customers.

  • You are participating in proposal presentations and support contract negotiations.

  • You own the planning and conducting of external marked analysis considering best-practice solutions/processes and state of the art technologies as well as internal and external benchmarks.

  • You continuously contribute to improvements of our GBS service offerings and the development of new business models to win new customers or enhance the service portfolio for established customers.

  • You drive the translation of complex business initiatives into creative, innovative technologies and solutions.

  • You are encouraging the collaboration within cross-functional international teams with strong customer orientation.

  • Your work closely with clients, 3rd party intermediaries and internal experienced technical domain teams to build high impact outcome-based customer solutions.


  • Relevant professional experience 5+ years in Shared Service organizations preferably in 3rd party BPOs (Business Process Outsourcing).

  • Process expert e2e (end to end) in S2C and P2P context.

  • Proven experience in planning, designing, and implementing of large-scale business solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of marked requirements, new technologies and trends as well as digital platforms and applications in the S2C and P2P environment.

  • Excellent methodological knowledge in tender preparation, definition of SLAs and service configuration.

  • Preferable are skills in intelligent analytics (Celonis, Plateau, ThoughtSpot).

  • High ability to present, communicate and moderate complex topics on executive management level.

  • Business fluent English, German language is a big advantage.

  • University degree in economics, information technology or related fields.

  • Customer orientation, analytical capacities, strategic thinking, IT affinity, out-of-the box-thinking characterize you.
