We are looking for a Partner Development Executive for Services Enablement to work within our Global Partner Development organization and with our partner community to develop service enablement programs that extend the capabilities of our partners and drive greater solution and product revenue.  You will play a crucial role developing strategy and programs that will support our partners and their customers to provide service orientated best practices within context of our SaaS/Cloud go to market business model.

This exciting opportunity provides visibility, influence and leadership across Siemens Digital Industries Software and the partner ecosystem. This role calls for a balance of leadership, influence skills, and individual contributions. You must be able to work well under pressure, have low ego with high confidence and interpersonal awareness, willing and able to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, deliver impact under tight deadlines, and must be flexible with strong ability to be effective amid ambiguity and uncertainty.

Job Functions:


  • Develop vision, strategy, and programs to guide partners in the implementation and/or improvement of Services business to the benefit of their customer base
  • Drive greater partner revenue via successful implementation of Services enablement programs
  • Develop partner learning content – be and SME
  • Engage with Partners and customers to ensure positive outcomes
  • Be a Challenger to our partners to stay focused on delivering business value
  • Ensure partners are aware of how to achieve maximum value from the Siemens solution portfolio as it relates to different market segments
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in all areas of the partner ecosystem especially the development and deployment of Services programs
  • Determine how to define, drive, and demonstrate the value (ROI) delivered
  • Be an advocate for change in the Siemens business transformation to Cloud
  • Drive definition of the ideal customer for different market/solution configurations as they relate to new service-based development opportunities
  • Create Partner feedback loops to drive change internally to continually focus on improvement
  • Aspire to be trusted right-hand counsellor and confident to senior Partner executives
  • Manage all related financial aspects, e.g., assigned budgets to ensure programs stay within allocated limits.


  • Partner with the VP of Global Services, the Global Services team, and other Service leaders to further refine structure, systems, and resources to successfully support our partners
  • Be a recognized thought leader in industry and an expert on best practices relating to service delivery through partners
  • Drive alignment with global and regional development business colleagues for mutual success
  • Identify and lead the necessary Siemens and Partners resources to maximize the customer experience at every opportunity
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and business units to align priorities, partner needs, and opportunities


  • SaaS customer success partner programs
  • Experience with Services development and deployment with PLM solutions
  • Partner programs supporting partners in the shift from perpetual to SaaS business models
  • Global / multinational

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • A strong career background in service development and deployment in the PLM space
  • Experience in Partner business transformation to Subscription/Cloud business solutions
  • Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous situations, rapidly develop action plans, and lead ad-hoc teams to achieve key objectives 
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • An analytical and metrics-driven work style
  • Exceptional executive-level written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment amid ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Passion for driving business value to customers through software development and new technology
  • Demonstrated technical acumen

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of providing consultancy and delivering Services to B2B SaaS companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Must be set to work remotely, global location is ok. 
  • Program management experience, preferably within Professional Services
  • A strong career background in service development and deployment in the PLM space
  • Experience in Partner business transformation to Subscription/Cloud business solutions
