Job Description


• Order Management :
o Contract drafting & finalization
o Payment follow up
o Order claim & change management
o Order management in SAP

• Cost controlling
o Perform cost & sales margin controlling for respective unit
o Track & maintain proper cost accounting
o Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for business figures
o Support internal audit of sales order, purchase order, internal & external transactions

• Offer management
o Offer preparation, contract drafting & negotiation 
o Perform LOA (if applicable) & get approval according internal regulations

• Reporting & Others:
o Reports for the in-charge unit as assigned by BU Controller 
o Support/follow up commission business
o A/R monitoring
o Other tasks as assigned by BU Controller

  • BA degree
  • Good knowledge in finance, international business & commerce. 2+ years experience in contract/order management.
  • 2+ years experience in contract/ order management
  • MS Office
  • Fluency in English: written and spoken
  • Good in Communication skills
  • Good in negotiation Skill
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Good knowledge of International Trade (e.g. Incoterms, payment terms...)
  • Good knowledge of accounting and finance 
  • Good knowledge in general Contract, Commercial, Laws and Tax
  • Experience in Business reporting
