Then come in and join our Indonesia team as Supply Chain Lead - Diagnostics to lead SCM DX team in implementing SCM DX strategy, standard and guidelines within the area of responsibility.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will implement, monitor, and control the end to end DX Supply Chain Strategy to ensure the delivery to Logistic Provider, Distributors, Customers (direct sales) are well managed OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • You will establish plan and control the logistic value chain process for fulfilling Logistic Provider, Distributor, and Customer orders and implement sustainable improvement of performance and costs.
  • You will work in partnership with DX business team, Logistic Provider and Distributors to safeguard sufficient products, maintain stock level and delivery time through proper forecasting.
  • You will intensively align with Export Control, Regulatory team and partnership with respective external parties (Minister of Health, BAPETEN, etc) to be timely update on internal and external policy and regulations that relating to end to end supply chain process.
  • You will perform management of warehousing facility effectively and develop strategies on short and long term.
  • You will lead DX logistic team and ensure their development and represents DX SCM/Logistic in management forum.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You have minimum 5 years experiences in Supply Chain Management and Logistic Area for Medical Devices for Import and Export.
  • You have minimum 3 years experiences in managerial level and leading team

Your personality and skills:

  • You are a strong communicator and fluent in Indonesian and English language, written and verbal.
  • You possess high levels of initiative, coordination and leadership skills.
