What are your main responsibilities?
  • Assisting with the formatting, publishing, recording, or sharing of reports and documents;
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols when necessary;
  • Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files;
  • Monitors and ensure project documention is archive and up to date;
  • Writes and edits technical documentation for products, processes and/or projects (user manuals, job aids, technical instructions/bulletins etc.);
  • Monitors schedules/diaries and maintains checklists;
  • Prepares statistics, diagrams, slides etc, to support dedicated Management or team;
  • Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served;
  • Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind;
  • May assist in preparing annual budgets, and completes analysis of monthly budget activity.

What do you need to qualify for this job?
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree;
  • Fluent English both oral and written (mandatory);
  • Good communication skills, proactive, dynamic, flexibility, versatility;
  • Client focused and oriented for continuous improvement.
