Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead audit preparations to ensure that all risks and controls are identified
  • Represent SHS A within Siemens Healthineers, solidifying SHS A as a trusted business advisor and help manage risks for the company
  • Review your team’s findings, providing feedback to ensure accurate reporting to the client
  • Ensure constant communication to the Hub Lead
  • Lead closing meetings with management, presenting findings, conclusions and recommended improvements
  • Provide constructive performance feedback to all team members after the engagement

Your qualifications and experience:

  • At least 8-10 years of professional experience within a global corporation, law firm or ‘Big 4’ business advisory practice
  • Strong preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting
  • General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Related experience and knowledge in one or more of the following key areas preferred:
  1. Financial Reporting
  2. Controlling
  3. Internal Control
  4. Foreign corrupt practices act
  5. Healthcare regulatory compliance
  6. Antitrust
  7. Export controls and customs  
  8. Willing to commit to global and domestic travel: 70% of the time
