Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead audit preparations to ensure that all risks and controls are identified
- Represent SHS A within Siemens Healthineers, solidifying SHS A as a trusted business advisor and help manage risks for the company
- Review your team’s findings, providing feedback to ensure accurate reporting to the client
- Ensure constant communication to the Hub Lead
- Lead closing meetings with management, presenting findings, conclusions and recommended improvements
- Provide constructive performance feedback to all team members after the engagement
Your qualifications and experience:
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience within a global corporation, law firm or ‘Big 4’ business advisory practice
- Strong preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting
- General Project Management expertise in a complex global organization
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Related experience and knowledge in one or more of the following key areas preferred:
- Financial Reporting
- Controlling
- Internal Control
- Foreign corrupt practices act
- Healthcare regulatory compliance
- Antitrust
- Export controls and customs
- Willing to commit to global and domestic travel: 70% of the time
