FA Strategy Project management specialist, leading by SLC DI FA BU, is one of the key roles in FA Strategy PO.

Responsibilities:

• Address and facilitate key strategic programs within FA BU
• Drive or facilitate FA management strategy communication upwards and downwards, with continuous improvement in implementation tools, methodologies, etc.
• Drive or facilitate different projects and programs within FA BU, roll out and migration into operation phase with clear implementation follow-up.
• Prepare key business meetings.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
  

Qualification for this job:

•  Bachelor or above in English, finance, business administration, MBA will be a plus
• Perfect in office tools incl. PPT, excel, etc.
• Good experience in high level business communication.
• Good experience in strategy project management and communication.
• Good communication competence with different internal functions
• Familiar with Siemens Factory Automation products will be a plus
• Fluent oral and written English
• Open mind, detailed, willing to learn, creativity and ownership
