Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the global sales operations team for the Corindus business line at headquarters and report to the COR M&S Head
  • Support definition and implementation of global and regional sales strategies for COR; Responsible for the global COR sales strategy
  • Work closely with the regions / zones and be responsible for the sales management of the global COR business management
  • Leverage daily operational experience to drive improvement both in analytics and reporting but also in driving the commercial organization through data
  • You will drive market creation activities, IB growth and robot utilization / cassette consumption
  • Ensuring that COR achieves order and revenue targets as well as market share targets
  • Work with marketing to define and manage product pricing for robot and cassette across all geographies
  • Work with marketing and Head of M&S to define and support regional sales programs
  • Set up Corindus related CRM processes
  • Support region in commercial review
  • Perform SPS (Structured Problem Solving) analyses to support improvement initiatives around sales operations and processes

Qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in business administration, engineering, medicine or a similar sector
  • 10+ years of professional experience in the capital and recurring revenue management environment preferable; 5+ years of experience in the CRM environment (marketing and sales)
  • Comprehensively understand business goals and metrics, gain insights from files and derive actions

·       Advanced Excel capabilities

·       Working knowledge of PowerPoint.

·       Ability to understand complex data structures / “Analytical thinking”

·       High attitude of quality and attention to detail and strong problem-solving-skills

·       Additional skills

    • Good data visualization and presentation skills
    • Ability to work in cross-collaboration projects
    • Experiences with data analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, SAP BW, SAS)
    • Good communication skills
    • Drive for innovation
    • Teamwork oriented / collaborative attitude
