Regional Sales Manager 区域销售经理

This role will develop and implement successful sales strategy for responsible sub-region to achieve sales target.

该职位为所负责的小区制定销售策略并有效地执行,并完成销售目标。

Responsibilities

  • ”战略,并给销售团队建立销售目标。
  • 指导和支持销售团队,完成所负责区域内的销售目标。
  • 积极协调跨部门的合作,以确保高水平的客户满意度。
  • 上级安排的其他工作任务。

Requirements

  • 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function.
  • 年以上的销售管理经验
  • Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics.
  • 对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识
  • Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
  • 深入理解销售流程,销售链管理,及敏感的市场分析能力
  • Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry
  • 熟悉和理解医疗行业的政策法规
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
  • 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,良好的英语水平
  • Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.
  • 业务导向,具备跨文化敏感度和逻辑思维
  • Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.
  • 积极的工作态度,能够承受高压的工作
  • Frequent travel is required.
  • 适应高频率的差旅
  • Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related
  • 本科或同等学历以上,医学、市场营销及商务等相关专业
