Regional Sales Manager 区域销售经理
This role will develop and implement successful sales strategy for responsible sub-region to achieve sales target.

Requirements
- 10-years working experience in Healthcare/IVD and 5-years management experience within sales function.
- 年以上的销售管理经验
- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management and negotiation tactics.
- 对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识
- Excellent understanding of sales workflow, sales chain and marketing sensitivity to analytics.
- 深入理解销售流程,销售链管理,及敏感的市场分析能力
- Fully understanding of government policy of medical device industry
- 熟悉和理解医疗行业的政策法规
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as well as good command of English.
- 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力,良好的英语水平
- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity, logical-thinking.
- 业务导向,具备跨文化敏感度和逻辑思维
- Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.
- 积极的工作态度,能够承受高压的工作
- Frequent travel is required.

- Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related
- 本科或同等学历以上,医学、市场营销及商务等相关专业
