Knowledge for the world of tomorrow.

We at DI Factory Automation are innovation leaders in automation. To be sustainably successful in an increasingly volatile and highly innovative world requires continuous development of the organization and the core competencies of our teams.

What part will you play?

We are a startup-minded organization within Siemens. Our mission is to build an automation environment: by software developers, for software developers.
We want to expand and build a trusting and forward-thinking working environment. Our outstanding dedication and collaborative mindset make us more than just a team of employees—we are the creators of our own business.
  • As part of your work, you will empower and coach an agile scrum team to improve value generation
  • As part of a highly motivated, autonomous, and confident team, you utilize your strong mediation skills to tackle intra- and inter-team conflicts
  • You will have the freedom to grow and mold teams and individuals as you see fit to reach their potential
  • Furthermore, you will develop the team’s level of self-organization, ownership, and culture, following agile principles in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be expected to inspire your colleagues, bringing new insights to the table just as much as you support them in realizing theirs
  • You will facilitate team meetings (such as scrum of scrums, communities of practice, and guilds), sharing lessons learned with other scrum masters as well as partner projects from other departments
What you need to make real what matters.
  • The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree or equivalent. A degree in psychology, behavioral therapy, or equivalent is a plus
  • You have many years of working experience and feel confident in mentoring and coaching other coaches
  • You have a high level of emotional intelligence, showing calm in the face of chaos and bringing order to disorder
  • Where others see only problems, you seek out opportunities and solutions
  • Motivating and convincing other people comes naturally to you, and accompanying and shaping changes is easy for you
  • Establishing relationships based on trust enables you to successfully resolve conflicts
  • You can comfortably navigate an international environment, fluently speaking and writing both German and English
  • You have a record in coaching as well as experience in growing agile teams, employees, and leaders
  • If you want to impact the world around you, bit by bit, we would like to get to know you better.
