We are looking for a candidate to join our shared services procurement department in Prague on a process lead position. Software asset management team maintains software licenses across the company to make sure that available licenses are used and licenses not utilized are distributed to other colleagues who need them. We work continuously on improving our processes and need someone who will take lead in identification of automation potential and implementation of optimalization opportunities within this process.

Your key tasks:

•            Gain deep process knowledge in teams responsibilities and processes

•            Identify optimalization and automation opportunities within the processes

•            Propose possible solutions (internal or external) to management incl. cost-benefit analysis, timeline etc.

•            Implement solutions into the processes

•            Lead all aspects of organizational changes

Your profile:

•            Experience with process improvement that you can show us on examples

•            Experience in consulting activities or team management is an advantage

•            Previous experience in software administration, licence management or similar is an advantage

•            Flawless interpersonal skills across hierarchies and personal types

•            Proficient in English, German is a plus

•            Good prioritization skills, ability to work in dynamic environment, willingness to accept challenges
