Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented 
  • In your new role, you will advise and support end users with IT requests and place IT hardware orders for standard hardware and standard mobile devices
  • You commission and place orders with internal and external suppliers
  • You support end users in the process of hardware life cycle
  • You will also handle IT inquiries related to the topic of network drive management
  • In case of incidents, you will escalate the service desk tickets accordingly
  • In addition, you will analyze the causes of malfunctions and clarification cases as part of incident management
  • In the future, you will also support us in other areas (e.g. project support, process optimization) according to your individual strengths and interest 
Your qualifications - sound and adequate 
  • You have completed an information technology training
  • Several years of professional experience in technical support of end users
  • Experience in the help desk environment
  • IT infrastructure knowledge including Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills – you can present technical issues clearly and comprehensibly
  • Basic business knowledge will be a plus
  • Fluency in German 
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel to Germany to have direct exchange with your customers and team members
