What will you do?

Your role in the Smart Infrastructure division will be to answer calls from business and utilities customers in an effort to understand their needs and respond appropriately. You will dispatch repair technicians as needed to ensure the customer’s objectives and satisfaction while contributing to the division’s profitability.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving customer service calls
  • Coordinating service visits between customers, sites and technicians
  • Manage service calls in the computerized system
  • Follow up after customers
  • Support billing and technical team in customer communications
  • Any other related tasks

What will you need to succeed?

  • Experience in a customer service position
  • Very good knowledge of French both written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Experience in the coordination of service calls an asset
  • Experience with SAP or any other business resource planning system an asset
  • Experience in the building technology service industry an asset (automation, fire and safety)

  • Able to understand the customer’s needs and provide an effective response
  • Good spoken and written communication
  • Be organized: know how to prioritize tasks and complete them on time
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment (fast paced environment)
