Joining us as an EMEA Simulation & Test (STS) Portfolio Development Director, ideally coming with a proven commercial background and experience of working in the field of engineering software simulation and hardware.

Responsible for developing and advising a team of EMEA Portfolio Development executives in their roles to execute local country PFD plans. Working closely with local management, global teams and business segment teams in order to drive our STS sales pursuits.

What you'll be doing:
  • Driving the development of the STS portfolio through identification of clear go-to-market strategy and drive the execution of campaign-centered strategies.
  • Identifying and track relevant industry trends and produce growth forecasts
  • Analyse competitor portfolio to establish differentiation for portfolio across markets.
  • Working with sales orchestrators to build strategic plans for identified customers and opportunities in the target market to deliver the go-to-market strategy
  • Act as trusted advisor to Sales, Business Development, and Pre-sales teams by providing direct engagement with customer.

We want to hear from you if you ideally have previous experience in developing portfolio/sales-based partners, supporting them with the achievement of software and hardware targets.

You will ideally come with experience in a customer-facing sales, or business development function related to Simulation, with a respected track record to deliver on revenue targets. Whilst being able to understand, articulate, position and present the value of Engineering Software solutions in the context of an Industry, and client business
