What you'll be doing:

Responsible for helping support system & process improvements across the Product Readiness team working in close conjunction with the Senior Business Process Analyst in business process design & development.

Joining a Global organisation in the process of implementing a new generation SAP ERP system (SAP S4 Hana), were you’ll have the opportunity to represent the team on a number of initiatives, collaborating positively with a significant number of cross functional/Global internal customers. Develop proposals & make sound recommendations based on expertise & drive decisions/corrective actions to satisfy business requirements

Required to coordinate cross functional meetings, to drive closure on specific topics/document minutes/prepare presentations/ensure follow through, as well as assisting with requirements gathering, documenting and representing the business process preferences to IT and other partners.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a process development or project role desirable

We would welcome applications from someone who is has strong digital literacy a pre-requisite (Outlook/Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Microsoft Teams)

Do you have experience of working within the “Agile” framework? Experience of project management software tools such as Jira/Focus Build then this is an advantage but not a must. Customer service related experience required, ideally experience dealing with other countries & timezones, excellent attention to detail and Excellent written and verbal communication skills – then please apply.
