Develop BPS (Building Performance and Sustainability) energy saving projects opportunities by customer relationship management, promoting solutions, creating proposal, budgeting, contract negotiation, bid preparation, cost estimation.
Secure opportunities and receive orders from customer, meeting annual BPS business targets(ie. OI, margin, revenue, etc.
1. Understand project lifecycles, manage stakeholders & decision maker, aggressive, growth mindset
2. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
3. Have IT/IoT, Solar PV, energy storage, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Technician B (冷凍空調乙級技術證照) is preferred
4. Min 3 years of Sales, HVAC (Chillers, Cooling Tower, Pumps), and automation experience; Energy Efficiency (ESCO) business experience is preferred
