Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Digital Imaging Intern with the Syngo Dynamics R&D team.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious graduate student, looking for the next step in their career. As a Digital Imaging Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • You will assist the cardiology software development team in the reduction of friction that slows our Agile development
  • You will gather and analyze data to implement solutions reducing the top impediments
  • You will take part in knowledge exchange with our R&D team to learn and help further develop our software solutions
  • You will learn about SCRUM and effective teamwork

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

  • You have excellent PC skills (MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & MS Teams)
  • You will work with our latest technology and are willing to learn new software solutions
  • You have a strong team based orientation with good communication skills

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Ability to effectively work remotely leveraging Microsoft Teams communication tools
  • Upper level undergraduate or graduate level engineering or computer science program
  • Ability to program in C# & experience with .NET, Java and HTML 5 are required
  • Limited (less than 5%) travel may be required
  • Windows and scripting language knowledge are also a benefit
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and currently enrolled in a university program
  • Must feel comfortable working in a fully virtual environment
  • Must be local to Ann Arbor, MI office and have permanent work authorization

Start date: May 2021; 3-4 month duration.
