Job Description

1. Organize to review customer demand, fill in customer demand review record, and determine technical scheme and type-selection scheme;
2. Be responsible for project management; Handle the review of contracts; Coordinate AC, production, design ,SCM,QM and other related departments to promote project smooth produce and deliver to customer. And be pleased with customer.
3. Be responsible for contacting and coordinating with customer about customer-provided materials and return and exchange of nonconforming customer provided materials;
4. Organize and arrange customers’ FAT and other acceptance work.
5. Responsible for the handover of project’s documents before delivery;
6. Keep effective communications with the site and provide support for site in time;
7. Support QM department to deal with product quality problems and customer complaints;
