Join our GBS team as Finance Administrator Trainee Americas and help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our customers! Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!

What role will you play?
- Administer external and internal lease contracts in the internal facility management system
- Perform the internal administration associated with internal contracts
- Monitor and record changes in occupancy across all sites
- Perform periodic internal and external billing of fixed and variable charges
- Administer charging of all variable billing items as necessary during periodic processing
- Provide periodic reporting to all contract management activities (space, vancancy);
- Provide data and validate all transfer of data to reporting systems;
- Upload and maintain all relevant property drawings related to occupancy;
Does this sound Good? Our perfect candidate must have…
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field;
- Fluent in English and Spanish -written and spoken;
- SAP knowledge is considered a plus;
- Solid MS Office knowledge;
- Strong analytical mindset;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Processes and Detail oriented;
- Motivation and Resilience
As the offices are located in Lisbon and our internal customer is based in America, it is requested the availability to work in Eastern Time CST Time zone (Monday to Friday 14h00-23h00).
