Job Description

Siemens Financial Services Inc. (COF Americas & PS Americas) has recently implemented a new leasing contract management system named Cassiopae provided by Sopra Bank, a French based entity.

In addition to Cassiopae, our Leasing Enterprise Architecture consists of multiple in-house and third-party developed tools. To support our Leasing product stability and growth, we are seeking for a Lease Operations Analyst who can bring outstanding conceptual, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills to improve our day-to-day operations and product enhancement.

As Siemens Financial Services is set up for strong growth and embracing to new technologies to meet customer needs and expectation, the hiring of hardworking Operational Analysts plays a fundamental role in the future success of the business.

Responsibilities include a mix of business analysis and quality assurance analysis.

You must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

1st year’s responsibilities include:

Participate in use case analysis workshops to understand various business function requirements; bring ideas to simplify business requirements flow to accounting.

Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of current accounting configuration within Cassiopae by applying your accounting background & concepts.

Analyze, discuss, document accounting configuration/concepts used in our current system

Works closely with Accounting department in analyzing end of the day & end of the month results.

Build reperformance tools in Excel using Excel Macro (VBA) to support accounting outcome analysis.

2nd year and beyond responsibilities include:

You will be responsible to guarantee the transaction processing is accurate & processed as per our Standard Operating Procedures

You are the go-to person for future Accounting/Business transaction organizational change

Become an integral part of our future Operations Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must
  • 5+ years of Accounting Analysis or Business Analysis
  • Excel Macro (VBA) experience
  • Solid experience in Accounting department working large scale system implementation or design
  • Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasking individual with a phenomenal sense of urgency and follow-through

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Financial Analyst for Leasing Products is phenomenal plus
  • Cassiopae system experience a plus
