Logistics Intern (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a part-time intern who will be focusing on the coordination of the customs clearance and freight invoices payment which include but not limited to the following:

•                 Handle customer inquiry and customer order

•                 Prepare & collect shipping documents, arrange daily shipment to customer

•                 Maintain shipment record to SAP system

•                 Coordinate the Customs Clearance and freight invoices payment with SLHK CSCM

•                 Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

•     Undergraduate in Year 3 of Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management

•     1-year part-time contract, renew annually

•     Flexible schedule during semesters (15-20 hours per week)

•     Willing to learn and able to meet timeline

•     Well-versed in e-mail Outlook and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word

•     High proficiency in both written & spoken English
