We are looking for forward-thinking, inquisitive candidates who will act as a member of the project core team with special focus on failure prevention and as a quality consultant for our organization

What are my responsibilities?

• Establishes, coordinates and controls Quality Management in projects
• Plans, initiates and performs Quality Gates and implements quality assurance measures throughout project to meet customer requirements and secure project results
• Identifies critical quality issues and initiates preventive measures within the organization
• Ensures non-conformance (NC) management and risk management in projects
• Ensures project quality reporting as integrated part of project reporting
• Ensures good practice sharing through lessons learned or continuous improvement workshops and project assessments
• Supports QM in implementing and maintaining a consistent Quality Management System with documentation, adaptation, methods and internal audits
• Implements the global quality programs within organization and monitors the effectiveness
• Initiates trainings or coaches project team members in quality methods, tools or processes
• Ensures availability of standardized processes, internal guidelines, metrics and tools
• Analyzes working environment, identifies improvement potentials in processes and initiates continuous improvement projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Experience in Project Management and/or Quality Management
• Experience or familiarity with Process management and/or Continuous Improvement
• Knowledge of quality management methods & tools and audit/review processes
• Certifications are desirable (Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor etc.)

• Enjoys collaborating and can work effectively in teams to find innovative solutions
• Be a confident communicator across all levels as well as take initiative for tasks
• Works independently, safely and responsibly; takes ownership of challenges and ideas and is looking to develop the ability to drive and lead change
• Works to a high standard and completes tasks diligently and quickly
• Analytical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, demonstrate an interest in digitalization
• Effective written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
