What will you do?

  • Professionally handle incoming customer requests for parts orders via the phone or email
  • Track parts orders through fulfillment process and answers customer requests and internal requests regarding status of part orders
  • Order entry and processing
  • Ensure orders are invoiced correctly
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to improve efficiencies (BPI) and customer satisfaction

What will you need to succeed?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French a must
  • Experience in SAP is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years proven success in a customer service role
  • Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision making; problem-solving skills
  • Results driven
