Your Role –Challenging And Future-Oriented!

- Responsible for Factory Automation (FA) related products (PLC, HMI, SCADA) and product business growth (volume and piece count) in Egypt.

- Identify market opportunities in order to win new FA business via all sales channels.

- Planning Go-To-Market activities and business development strategy for new markets and applications.

- Target new business segments and drive the new technology in the implementation of the project solution. 

- Support launch of new products, solutions and design of new business models.

- Develop the marketing mix (Price, Promotion, Place & Product) so as to satisfy the market needs & demand.

- Conduct quantitative analysis to determine market size and share for various Siemens businesses; update and maintain data regularly.

- Collect and analyze market intelligence regularly to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics and customer requirements.

- Target New Customers, Distributors and OEMs and develop old ones. 

- Define focus/target customers together with Sales to achieve budget.

- Marketing and promotion activities in the region especially in the area sales. 

- Proactively asses, clarify & validate the needs of the Solution Partners and the System integrators on regular basis. 

- Pre-Sales support of FA portfolio & Knowledge transfer for all sales channels (expert knowledge to successfully fight against specialized competitors on a detailed product level to ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

- Study, Consultation and Identification of the concrete requirement the customer specification for Green / Brown field electrical / automation projects. 

- Supporting & providing competitive edges of products portfolio over competition thru sales arguments or defense.

- Coordinate necessary internal functions (i.e Bidding, Projects & Service teams) and externally (Solution Partners, System Integrators, …) to deliver solutions.

- Support sales segment owners to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty and secure opportunities.   

- Supporting logistics & back office in order processing & offering phases.

- Provide the End customers a regular awareness and support regarding their installed base and FA Siemens Products that they have.

- Lead solution development efforts that best address end customer needs.

- Proper communication to HQ (market surveys, reports, opportunities, financial status…etc).

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Communication Engineering is a must.

- 8-10 years of experience in technical sales and/or product marketing capacity.

- Technical knowledge of Automation product & system (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and new technologies (AI, Edge computing, IOT, Blockchain, …).

- Proven communication & negotiation skills with good product presentation skills.

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Language skills: Fluent Arabic Speaking & Proficiency in English speaking and writing. 

- Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
