This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Finance Manager in the LD PLM Finance Team, you will be responsible for: 


• Serve as the finance business partner to the Product Engineering (PEN), Workflow & Solutions (W&S), & Solutions Engineering (S) R&D teams
• Serve as the finance core team member for key system projects within Central Lab, Workflow and Solutions, and other Franchises as needed, and act as the liaison to the FMF finance organization.  Drive projects to remain on time, on budget, and to deliver required features and specifications.  Enable proper decision making and trade off decisions.  On a monthly basis, provide monthly reports to aid in analysis of cost and headcount performance.  Drive monthly forecast and annual budget processes.
• Support the head of LD PLM Controlling by leading the oversight and consolidation of R&D staffing related topics.  Improve transparency of external resource requirements and cost.
• Actively manage a small team of individual contributors focused on R&D controlling and cost ownership for all system related projects
• Support R&D controlling transformational initiatives and enhance culture of transperency

• You have experience with project controlling.
• You have the ability to drive efficient use of resources through transparent analysis
• You are capable of challenging assumptions constructively and collaboratively
• You have the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently with limited supervision
• You have the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization, both within and outside of Finance
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelor’s degree required (minimum)
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP/ERM solutions
• 7 – 10 years of Financial Analysis experience with increasing levels of responsibility
