Service Provider Analyst

Job Description

Role Description: The Service Provider Analyst supports the Service Provider Management function throughout the IT sourcing lifecycle in managing our relationships with external IT Infrastructure service providers from a commercial, performance and contractual perspective. He/she contributes in monitoring provider obligations and service level adherence and helps to set up the necessary standards and processes together with other internal stakeholders. He/she has a good understanding of P2P processes and an analytical approach to resolve issues. 

Tasks & Activities:  Contribute in managing relationship with external IT service providers from a commercial, performance and contractual perspective
Responsible for performance analysis of one or multiple IT services
Adopts, improves and changes existing approaches and methodologies to analyze provider performance by developing effective and innovative solutions
Creates new and practical solutions as "Idea generator“ for example in areas such as service level reporting, obligation monitoring, continuous service improvement 
Ensures continuous service level transparency by keeping records current, analyzing and qualifying provider data and making provider performance records available to other stakeholders
Guarantee data quality of relevant sources, develop and drive reporting automation using state-of-the-art technologies (e.g. ServiceNow, Power BI)
Supports and promotes Service Provider Management strategy and processes within the Siemens Healthineers IT organization
Monitor, analyze and continuously improve service specific KPIs in collaboration with the service owners.  

Qualifications:
Experience with IT suppliers and Service Delivery (experience in IT infrastructure preferred)
Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft apps and services (such as Power BI, Tableau), ServiceNow
Effective Written and oral communication on a business level;
Fluency in English; German and/or other languages are an advantage.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL)
