Job Description


Set up and maintain an efficient working environment for Product Definition and Marketing department.
Product Management: 
1. Develop a deep customer and market understanding in order to specify the best products for a clearly defined market segment.
2. Ensure that the Product Definition team drives and monitors the required features through the R&D projects and continuously support all relevant functions with customer feedback.
3. Maintain close contact with ERMR to align global product definition related topics for as well as for components and accessories in the global product backlog 
4. Work out solutions for after sales hot sites escalations together with CS, regional teams especially and 
5. Lead the team to be ambassadors for requirements for China market for global MRI product definition. 
1. Set up Early Customer Sites, Clinical trial sites and Pre-Marketing sites to support NMPA product registrations. 
2. Enable the team to handle all sales support issues like customer workshops, events, advisory boards, customer visits and production line demos.
3. Support the local Marketing activities and support local and global product launches together with ERMR interfaces.


1. Master degree or above in engineering, physics or marketing oriented studies. 
2. More than 6 years experience in product definition, marketing or sales.
3. Expertise in usage and technology of MRI systems and MRI market.
4. Experience in leading teams.
