Job Description

Mission of Function        

Senior Sales BA is responsible for smooth and efficient handling of customer contract issues within sales unit: 

- Support sales to win business opportunities and ensure Siemens' interests through commercial negotiation

- Ensure high standard O2C process

- Optimize O2C processes and promote E-business


Responsibilities

准备投标文件,与客户进行良好的商务谈判,为西门子赢得业务机会并确保西门子的利益;                                                                                                                                          

确保高效地执行O2C流程,包括订单的处理,合同的时效管理,发货,开发票,物流协调,资产(库存/应收账款)管理,商务风险管理;                                                                                                                        

在业务构架内,理解客户的需求和优先级,提高客户的满意度;                                                                    

大客户管理,包括日常订单操作,常规客户拜访和客户流程改进;                                                                 

提高商务流程的自动化率,完成商务的各项自动化指标;                                                                                            

积极推动流程改进,并提供客户解决方案;                                                                                                       

能够培训新员工和团队成员;                                                                                                                                    

完成经理布置的其他相关工作;           

  

Requirements

熟悉国际贸易惯例和规则、合同法、中国税收制度和国际贸易术语解释通则;

有商务和合同管理的经验;

有订单处理、商务投标、合同谈判方面的经验;

有适应工业4.0和数字化新需求的能力;

良好的商业报告阅读能力,理解审计要点;

有培训的技能;

良好的内部/外部沟通技巧;

良好的SAP和office办公软件方面的相关经验;

流利的英语读写能力;

能承受工作压力,能适应出差;

教育背景:本科及以上学历,国际贸易专业优先
