Base locations: Shanghai (preferred)/Nanjing (acceptable), China
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to maximize the penetration to metro customers and ensure the growth of order in take to serve Mobility all Business Units in East China region, mainly focus Metro Key Account Management in Anhui, Jiangxi, Jiangsu province.
What are your responsibilities?
-Drive metro customer sales targets alignment with BU(s) for the target achievement.
-Develop and execute the agreed rail transit customer strategy.
-Develop strategic partnership and establish relationship with appropriate Customer’s decision makers, ensure access to customer leaders for BU(s), combines the know-how and set up good communication hub.
-Identify, drive and develop short/long term business opportunities as part of 3-5 years account business plan.
-Follow the principle of “One clear face to the customer”, as well as Mobility KAM guidelines and process.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
-More than 5 years in account management or sales experience, rail transit related industry is preferred.
- Knows/understands the core processes of the customer and the relevant industry; knows the value chain of the customer, understands the business strategy and implications to be able to identify additional business potential.
-Team work spirit. Be able to manage and motivate people and yourself according to Mobility and Regional manager requirements.
-Has knowledge of selling techniques as a structured process for selling value at the decision maker level.
-Good understanding of metro/rail market, such as drivers, challenges, future trends, etc.
-Fluent in Oral/written English to work with global colleagues.
-Work effectively with individuals from multiply cultures and backgrounds.
