  • Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation and manufacture of products across many different markets. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

    We are currently looking to recruit for a hardworking Training Co-ordinator to join our outstanding team based in Solihull!

    The chosen candidate will provide co-ordination and operational support to effectively deliver learning activities to meet key business requirements. Act as the learning administrator for the Siemens DISW Learning Management System, collaborate closely with trainers and business partners/learning program managers to ensure successful delivery, ensure effective class evaluation is undertaken and produce reports. Provide administration for class logistics, cancellations, waitlists and cross charging.

    It will be your responsibility to handle training enquiries and consolidate training class requests. Communicates and markets L&D opportunities, handles the L&D inbox.

    Collaborates and leads learning co-ordination practice leadership. Contribute to the delivery of Global learning & development initiatives originating from agreed learning & development priorities and strategy.

    What we are looking for
    • Demonstrates a good professional know-how of core, Learning & Development practices and standards,
    • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
    • Is proficient with standard MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.
    • Works under self management, handling tasks of moderate to complex scope
    • CIPD Level 3: Certificate or Diploma in Learning & Development
