Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1、负责处理正常电机产品报修,做好相关现场的信息澄清工作,为客户提供合理的解决方案。
2、关注电机服务相关解决方案(如:现场服务、返厂服务及备件服务等)的实施,并实时为客户提供相关的进展情况,推动客户满意度提升。

3、必要时需出差到客户现场,同时需整合经销商、公司内部、BU及销售的相关资源,平息客户抱怨。
4、收集、整理统计服务中信息数据,及时反馈给公司内部相关责任部门,为产品质量提升提供相关的依据。

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

电机、电气自动化、机电一体化相关专业,本科及以上学历Major in Motor, Electric autoimmunization, Mechatronics related, Bachelor degree or above.

5年以上售后服务相关工作经验More than 5 years in the Motor or Frequency converter of industry application service

熟悉电机的制造流程和生产工艺及熟悉质量管理者优先

Be familiar with motor production process and technical process

What else do I need to know?

英语熟练。Fluent English in writing and speaking
