What are my responsibilities?
Lead or coordinate other departments and workshops to improve the production problems, including collecting defect issue, analysis and tracking;

Lead or coordinate other department’s project, and tracking the quality improvement project.
主导或协助其他部门的项目工作有序的发展，并对质量改进项目进行跟踪确认
Assist Quality Supervisor work out test standard and controlling process.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Be familiar with the quality related tools ( e.g. 8D, 4D, QC method, FEMA, 6sigma etc.)
熟练使用质量相关工具（例如8D/4D/QC手法/鱼骨图/FEMA/6sigame等）
Know quality related management system
了解相关的质量管理体系
Can use basic quality inspection tools and have motor assembling working experience will be preferred
能够使用基本检验工具和有电机装配工艺的经验者优先
Have quality management working experience
有一定的质量管理经验
Be proficient in using office software (e.g. Word, Excel,PowerPoint etc.)
能熟练使用word、excel、PPT等办公软件
What else do I need to know?
Major in Mechanical or related, junior college or above degree
机械相关专业专科及以上学历
Basic English in writing and speaking
英语读写能力
