GMC Business Development Manager(济南)

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development for Infrastructure verticals section manager.

What are my responsibilities?
-Making Go-to-market strategy for Infrastructure verticals incl. W&WW; HVAC etc.
-Identify light house projects and key customers from market and make Infrastructure branch development strategy;
-Promote new drives portfolio e.g. G120X/XA in infrastructure verticals to further expand market share;
-Coordinate resources to develop key OEM customers e.g. PFC OEM and cooperate with key partners e.g. SI/Pab to develop the biz in Infrastructure verticals;
-All marketing and promotion activities in the Infrastructure verticals;
-Knowledge transfer to BU team and SU team;
-Other assigned tasks;

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Over 10 years marketing and promotion experience of converters, sales and strategy experience; familiar with HVAC and W&WW market segment are preferred;
-Over 3-5 years of management or team lead experience;
-Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up; have experience in consulting firms are preferred;
-Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen;
-Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
Quick learner with good business sense.
-Team work spirit
-Familiar with ABB, Danfoss and Schneider converters are preferred etc.
