Drives the business performance of assigned products with all partners over the whole process chain

Constantly observes relevant competitors' products and collects and related market information

Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management

According to aligned scope, push for product portfolio enhancement, e.g. new product/feature development, product transfer

Responsible for leading LDA global identical product localization project to factory
负责领导LDA全球化产品在工厂的国产化项目
Push for continuous product cost optimization, based on set targets

Together with related partner, manages and controls quotations for special designs and application solutions
与相关职能一起管理特殊设计和工程应用方案的报价
Implements planned migration and phase-out products in SEDL
根据计划SEDL产品的切换和退市计划
Complete other tasks assigned by superior

Requirements:
Be familiar with industry motors , e.g. structure, functionalities, target market

Comprehensive know-how on product lifecycle management

Be familiar with applicable environmental, health and safety law and requirements

Excellent skill of communication

Major in Engineering / Bachelor or above

Good English communication skill
